There are millions of people who suffer from type 2 diabetes all over the globe and there is also a rise in prediabetes. In a study conducted on people who have been suffering from type 2 diabetes for less than 6 years, a few were asked to stick to a 800 calorie diet plan for about 20 weeks and others were asked to follow a GP for general diabetic care. The results were found to be remarkable and many patients reported that the diet was easy to follow.
