The YMCA's state-of-the-art facility provides more than thirty areas to indulge, socialize and stay active, while offering members one of the most innovative program calendars in the country. Monday - Thursday • 5:30 am - 10:00 pm
Friday • 5:30 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday • 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sunday • 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
The three major workout areas (pool, wellness center and extreme gym) will close 30 minutes before the building closes.
There are more than 150 parking spaces that surround the Family Y. Parking lots are well-lit and safe. The members service desk has maps detailing parking lot hours and locations.
