Highlights:
Did you know the YMCA invented the game of basketball? This co-ed instructional camp will introduce the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting and team play for beginners and help develop those skills in the advanced player. This camp teaches and encourages children to show sportsmanship and teamwork in a group environment. Experienced coaches and staff will motivate campers to improve their skills and knowledge of the game while improving their self-esteem. The primary goal of this camp is to improve overall game skills, build self-confidence, court awareness and physical performance.
